Shipping Methods

Hong Kong Delivery

  • SF Express Pickup Points
  • Courier Delivery – Delivered by courier to the customer's address. Shipping fees are paid at checkout; no payment is required upon delivery.
  • SF Express Freight Collect – Customer pays the shipping fee upon delivery. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Lookebuy occasionally offers free shipping promotions. Please refer to the website announcements for details.

Remote Area Surcharge

A surcharge will be applied for door-to-door delivery to remote areas in Hong Kong.

Remote Areas:
[ Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Stanley, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, and Peng Chau, South Lantau (including but not limited to: Tai O, Tong Fuk, Cheung Sha, Mui Wo, Pui O, etc.) ]

Remote Pickup Surcharge

For deliveries to the following specified remote areas and types of SF Express service points in Hong Kong, a surcharge will apply:

  • SF Express Partner Points and SF Express Lockers (Cheung Chau and Lamma Island) will incur an additional surcharge.

Note: Free shipping promotions do not waive remote area surcharges.

Delivery Failures & Returns

  • If home delivery fails twice or if the customer refuses delivery, and a redelivery is required, a shipping fee equivalent to one order or HK$40 (for free shipping promotions) will be charged.
  • If items sent to a pickup point are not collected within the time limit and returned to the sender, reshipping will incur the same fees as above.
  • If the customer causes a failure to deliver the goods within 30 days from the order date, the store reserves the right to dispose of the goods without any liability. The customer will not be entitled to any refund or compensation.

Overseas Delivery

  • Please inquire to confirm which countries or regions are currently eligible for delivery.

  • Due to changes in VAT, GST, and other tax regulations in various countries, shipments may face delivery difficulties or customs clearance issues upon arrival. We appreciate your understanding.

  • After confirming your order, the store will email you the accurate shipping cost. Please wait for the store's contact.
    If you wish to know the shipping fee beforehand, please contact the store directly. Shipping costs may vary depending on the size, weight, and logistics company used after packaging. The store may not be able to provide an immediate quote. Please wait a few business days after your email inquiry.

  • Upon arrival at the destination country or region, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may be charged by local customs. These taxes must be paid by the customer. Please consult the customs authorities in your country or region for details.

Delivery Failures & Returns (Overseas)
